For years, I chased perfection—Googling, overthinking, and trying every formula that never quite fit. I finally realized my biggest block wasn’t strategy, it was self-doubt. Now, I help women over 45 stop spinning in circles and start building businesses—and lives—that truly feel like theirs. 💜

I bring a unique blend of real-world business experience and deep inner work. For over 20 years, I worked in finance and controllership, managing millions and leading teams—so I know what it takes to run a business that works. Along the way, I trained in Beliefs Unlimited, emotional clearing, and hypnotherapy to help women release the fears and doubts that quietly sabotage success.
I’ve shared stages at events like Womanition, co-authored multiple best-selling books, and spoken at countless engagements where I’ve seen women light up when they realize they’re not stuck—they’re just one shift away from freedom.

Patty Duque, is a certified coach, speaker and best-selling author who’s made it her mission to help others elevate their mindset and harness their happiness. She works with purpose driven women helping them get clarity, claim their confidence, find certainty and build emotional resilience allowing them to become the best version of themselves both at work and at home.
Prior to establishing her coaching business, Patty had over 16 years of experience in the corporate world mainly as a managing consultant where she assisted multinational companies deliver strategic projects across private and public sectors in the disciplines of organisational change management, project management, communications, stakeholder management and strategy.
It was during this time that she saw women stuck, uncertain and overwhelmed. They were living an imbalanced life that was impacting their mental health and preventing them from succeeding and living the life they truly desired.
This is why she decided to change her focus to assisting others in living an authentic, healthy and abundant life on their terms .
Working with kids:
As Patty expanded her learnings about the power of the mind, she started teaching and implementing strategies with her daughters. Helping develop a growth mindset led to working with other children and their parents. Patty was approached by a cricket academy to work with young athletes and has been doing this since 2019.

I’m Tracy - a wife, mom, grandma, and fur-baby mama (three of each… clearly my lucky number!).
I love the beach, warm travels, great wine, live music, and a good laugh. Music has always been part of my story - I once played flute, piccolo, and oboe, and now I’m learning keyboard, a dream I’ve carried for years.
My husband, Trevor, and I also love volunteering at music festivals - he even donated his long hair to make wigs for kids with cancer.
Life, for me, is about joy, connection, and saying yes to what lights you up.

Charity We Support
Patty Duque supports La Fundación Evolución del Pensamiento (Evolution of Thought) assists underprivileged children in the hills above the city of Medellin in Colombia, South America. It was started in 2008 by a small group of people in Medellin who wished to help vulnerable children in their community. The Fundación is led by a couple named Dora and Marino who provide food, recreation, education and much needed love! They focus on playing, studying and above all to be happy with what they have. They learn to tackle life with a positive attitude and a smile on their face.
